Refund policy

Return/Exchange Policy:
Unworn or damaged items may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. To make a return or exchange, please email info@kickoffcouture.com to request a return authorization code and return instructions. Please let us know at that time if you are returning or exchanging. If exchanging, tell us the item you'd like to exchange your item(s) for. ALL shipping costs, including the cost of shipping back to you if exchanging, are paid for by the customer. If an item is returned and has been worn or was not damaged at the time of purchase, a refund will not be issued. Gift cards and clearance items are final sale.

Please note: When shipping your item(s) back to us, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery confirmation or track your package. Kickoff Couture is not responsible for lost packages.

Late or missing refunds:

Once we receive your return, eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, check your bank account again. If it still has not been issued, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kickoffcouture.com.
